The brief was to develop four illustrative street views for a new residential scheme in Sheffield. I initially worked on this project and produced images to inform pre-app discussions. We then went on to develop them further with the architect for the planning application. A key component of the brief was to bring life to the images through people and activity.
Katherine has done a few jobs for PTA Developments now. Rethinking the approach on floor plans on a housing development, creating site plans for marketing and some illustration for planning. All have been received really well. We always encounter problems, but Katherine often finds a solution. The work is always to a high standard and Katherine is good at working to deadlines.
