These two drawings were produced to show off the design opportunities for a client’s flat. Bex’s design used a reconfigured furniture layout in the living room to help define the different areas of the room. The sectional perspective view was used to explain how they could maximise the use of a small nook by the door - a space that was formally ‘prone to clutter’ was transformed into a mix-use storage/desk space for the client’s child.
