The brief was to rethink the ‘generic’ sales brochure for a residential development. So instead of producing the standard 2D plans, we set about creating these eye-catching 3D aerial plans, each unique to the nine house types.
These sit side by side with beautiful renders which capture the atmosphere of the development. The key idea for the brochure is to allow the prospective buyers to immediately imagine their lives at Pearsons Wood View.
