Working closely with Hawkins\Brown Architects, I produced an illustration demonstrating the extent of repair and retention work for the refurbishment of a Grade II listed stone mill building in Wakefield. The image was used to communicate the approach to the existing building fabric during pre-application discussions with the local planning authority, the local conservation officer, and Historic England.
